The composer Lee Pritchard (co-founder of Media Music Now) has created a unique blend of soothing music and nature sounds designed to help you unwind and embrace calm. Lee drew inspiration from nature, particularly coastal and country landscapes. He found that crafting this music became a natural extension of his mindfulness practice—a meaningful way to share the peace it brings him.
Here’s a ten-minute excerpt from one of the pieces.
