We offer telephone audio services directly to businesses, but we also work with a number of telecoms companies who use our audio service to provide IVR prompts, out-of-hours and on-hold messages to their clients.
However, we found that some of our telecoms clients wanted to present an audio service directly to their customers and that sending them to a third party website did not suit their workflow. They wanted to focus on their core business of telephone systems, while we to focus on the business of audio production, which is great; we’re well suited to work together.
We are very experienced with on hold messaging and telephone audio. We work with curated voice-overs and audio producers who know their stuff and we also provide great PRS-free music. No cheesy on hold music here, thank you very much!
There is more to telephone audio than just slapping a voice file with a music file and many who have tried to offer the service in-house soon find that it can easily become more complex and time-consuming than first imagined.
